How to send an SMS from the diary

Follow these steps to write, review and send the message from the client appointment.

1Open the diaryOpen the Salon Manager diary.
2Find the appointmentLocate the client you want to message.
3Open the appointmentDouble-click the client appointment.
4Select Send SMSChoose Send SMS on the right-hand side of the appointment menu.
5Write the messageType your message into the message box.
6Check the costReview the character count and SMS credit cost shown on screen.
7Confirm the messageSelect Confirm when the message is ready.
8Complete the sendThe text message will be sent to the client.
